[PODCAST] What Big Data Is Teaching Corporations About Building Engaged Employees

 About This Discussion:

In a world of Millennial Mindsets and #okayboomer hashtags, we are divided when it comes to beliefs and expectations of life. There is no place that sees this more than the workforce, but companies like TrenData are working to make sure it’s not just a matter of opinion, but that the data is speaking for itself and helping to drive decisions.

TrenData’s VP of Product Management, Andrew Davis, joined us for a conversation where we discussed some of the biggest issues companies are facing today when it comes to hiring and building a workforce. It’s no longer a matter of whose thinking is right or wrong, but what the data is showing us when it comes to expectations in hiring and building a long-lasting and effective workforce.

About Andrew Davis:

Andrew Davis was raised in the Midwest and first arrived in Dallas through a Kodak corporate relocation back in 2001. He started his career working on digital image management in healthcare. He spent 14 years in medical data management where the highlight was working with the team that launched the first broad scale medical data inference engine. This technology was so far ahead of its time that IBM pays royalties for use in the Watson product line. He left healthcare in 2014 to pursue his dream of building a startup. Andrew’s companies were accepted into both the Collide Village accelerator here in Dallas and the Capital Factory accelerator in Austin. After successfully graduating, raising funds and launching both companies, he began working with other companies looking to implement lean growth strategies.
